It mentions in my book that came with the abit GF2, that it uses the NVIDIA GF2 MX400 chipset, so I decided to upgrade form the upgrade utility, which directed me to the NVIDIA website.

I downloaded the latest NVIDIA WIN2K detonator drivers, which altered them from 2183 to 2311.

My only problem is that I can no longer access the advanced tab under the settings of my video card.

An error reports windows was working with the control panel \ \ \ \ desk.cpl.

Huh what has happened.

I have the NVIDIA chipset.

Is it something to do with the fact it now says its a GF2 MX400 and not SIluro T400.

The driver has updated though, as I looked at the system control panel.

What to do!

Any help please.
