Tried installing a VisionTek Radeon 2600 Pro AGP card in an XP machine today. Downloaded the newest drivers off of VisionTek's site, installed them, when the machine booted, after the black screen after the Windows loading screen (when video cards normally detect the display they are connected to), the monitor displays "no signal" and goes black. For some reason, the driver is disabling the outputs.
So I had to boot into VGA Mode, and uninstall the Cats, and then re-boot, and re-install the Cats off of the included CD. Cat 7.6, horribly outdated, but at least it finally worked.
