Driver issue that won't let me install Win7 on my new hardware...

So I just bought a ton of new hardware for a new machine. I'm trying to run the Windows 7 install disc I have with this Blu-Ray drive and I'm getting the following error:

"A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver CD please insert it now"

I appear to be needing a driver for this optical drive before it can read the Win7 disc. However, how do I install a driver without having Windows on here already?

I received a disc with the drive but it doesn't automatically find the drivers and I have NO idea where they might be on the disc. I get the "No device drivers were found..." error when I hit the "Rescan" button.

HELP!

Can I somehow get this driver onto a USB stick? Will I be able to somehow read it even without Win7 installed?

EDIT: Downloaded a driver from this website, put on a USB stick, plugged it into my machine, but it still wouldn't find the driver. Ugh.

Is this motherboard BIOS set to IDE or AHCI for the SATA ports? Also is the motherboard using the latest BIOS?

BIOS:

A quick google search shows others having issues with switching to AHCI and installing windows.

A quick look at the motherboard manual it looks like you need to install a AHCI driver. Not 100% sure yet though still reading.

Can I update/install those drivers after Windows 7 is installed?

I just re-burned my image disc and Windows 7 is now installing. It must have been a disc issue. I don't think it was created properly.
