Driver install errors..but installs fine. Anyone else get this all the time?

I would say for the last 2 years every nvidia driver I install i get driver installed failed. But it installs fine. Am i the only one with this problem, because i worry sometimes something is fubar with drivers somehow. But don't have any problems as far as I can tell with games.

I kept thinking "on nvidia knows about it". lol
