Driver for Accelgraphics Eclipse

I have been given an Accelgraphics Eclipse Video card (AGP), and have been asked to build a computer around it! The ultimate owner of the computer wants to run Win 98 or ME as the OS, but might be persuaded to run W2K. However, I can only find a driver for this card that uses Windows NT.
Does anyone know if drivers for W98/ME OS exist, or if the NT driver will run on W2K?
Thanks.

A quick search of windrivers.com turned up this page. Unfortunately, they only list drivers for Windows NT 4.0 for that card. You can try installing the drivers under Win2K, but I doubt that they'll work. 🙁

Mind if I ask what's so great or wonderful about this card? There are many other graphics cards out there that have good Win 95/98/2K support that can be had for pretty cheap. Just want to know if there were any special features that make this card so special! 🙂

This was a high performance graphics card in its time. I am not sure about what type of market it was aimed at though for its time (ie. CAD modelling or 3D simulation). That being said, I think a Geforce can soundly beat it in just about every department.

EDIT: As a note as to what system to build around it..... this graphics card will be very reliant on CPU speed and bus bandwidth as from what I can get off the internet about it, it relies on the CPU for geometry processing.
