Driver Flickering Issue for nvivida 7900 GT

Hey guys, my rig is listed in my sig below. i just recently updated to the newest nvidia drivers. however, after the install, my screen would simply flicker and i would see white and black lines. the only way for me to fix this issue is to uninstall the drivers. does anyone know a solution to this problem? thanks in advance

I had the same problem, put the newest drivers on with my 6600GT and the colors were messed up and there were lines in some places. Went back to 162 and its good.

Yeah im just going to use the older drivers, i was just wondering if this is a common issue. oh well
