Driver Cleanup

Just set up a new computer, and i have a 9800 pro and it now has 4.2 cat drivers,

My question is, does the mobo install some other drivers at first....basically do you need any drivers to see an image on the screen?

Should i mess with a driver cleanup (if the mobo/setup did install previous drivers) if it is working fine now...

thats fine, no need for a driver cleanup....windows loads generic display drivers till you install your video drivers.
