Drive rails for Micron Millenium

Hi, just recently got a used Micron box that came with an open 5.25" drive bay, but without the green plastic drive rails that would be used for that bay. I'm wondering, do these drive rail thingies usually fit universally in drive cages one way or another, or are they pretty much proprietary and you have to have the ones that came with your case?

I've contacted Micron, but no response yet... haven't contacted the seller I got the box from because I want to see if it'd be possible to walk into a comp store and pick up something generic -- don't want to be killed on shipping for something minor and random like this. 😛
