Drive Letters

I was wondering how you can change the drive letters for your harddrive. Currently I have one physical drive partitioned into to two. One is C, the other E. My DVD/CD-RW took D, I am running Win2k. Does anybody know how I can change this, so that I can have C and D for my HDs and E for the DVD/CD-RW...relatively painlessly?

Use Disk Manager -- should be no problem
