Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me.

My Windows XP system was like this:
C: was the storage partition
D: was the windows partition

I used Partition Magic 8.0 to swap the drive letters. So I did something like C -> Q, D-> C, Q->D.

Basically I wanted my windows partition to be C: and D: to be storage.

After disregarding all the warnings I went ahead with the job. Partition Magic processed with the process, then rebooted and now my windows boots to the welcome screen, but I can?t see any profiles to select from.

All I want is to make C letter C again, the same with D.
Are there any programs that will do that? Or anyway I could fix this manually?

Thank you for your time.

When you installed Windows to D: the registry was filled with path entries starting with D:\ and now that you've changed the letter all of those entries are wrong. There's a reason all of those warnings are there.

control panel, administration tools, computer management, storage, disk manager, you can change drive letters there. If you're sayin you can't even boot into XP, try safe mode then do what I suggested. safemode should allow you to log on as ADMIN always, not sure if you can access the computer management in Safemode (never tried it) but it should be fine.
