To get the upgrade MIR, you need to own a previous version of Drive Image, or Ghost or Norton Systemworks Pro.

Drive Image 7 is the latest (2003) version of Drive Image. Features include live backup of system drive *within Windows*. It actually does the backup in Windows, instead of writing to your MBR and then booting into DOS to do the backup, like in DI2002 or Ghost 2003. Pretty cool.

I dont' know how this will affect the rebate process. I think I'll pass for now although I like thier products very much.
