Drive Image 2002 won't load on Win2K Pro

Hi, appreciate any insight into this confusing problem, or I'm going to be forced to spend another $30 for tech support...which is kind of irritating for a new program (just bought it a week ago).

Install went normally, but when I try to boot, I get Error 1, which says I may have a problem with my partition. But my partitions are normal NTFS, nothing exotic. I did all the recommended stuff from the PowerQuest support page, including disabling BIOS virus checking, disabling any removable drives or digital camcorders, etc. still get the error right on top of the splash screen, then nothing.

an unusual problem: I tried booting from the boot disks, as PowerQuest recommends, but even when I set my floppy, in BIOS, as the only bootable device, it won't boot. Yet I can access the floppy in Windows without any problem. Wierd...this is a new P4PE board, with a new Antec 400W power supply.

Any ideas? I'd appreciate any help before I call support.

thanks
