Drive Capacity and Usage Are Different When I Hover vs. Select All

I have a partitioned drive that has a total capacity of about 44 gb. When I hover over it, it says that there is about 13 gb left.

However, when I go into the drive itself and select all of the files and go to properties (yes, all hidden files are now shown), it says I'm only using about 6 gb.

In Partition Magic, it is tell me that I have about 13 too.
