Does carbinated water with sugar and cafeene count? If so, 3-4L. If not, about 8 oz, sometimes. (glass before bed)

I dunno. What percentage of can of Coke is water?

soft drinks dont count, gatorade, powerade, soda, coolaid, crystal light do not count as pure water.

And, I'm sure the stuff you drink doesn't count as "pure water" either..
So, it should be 0 for everyone.

gallon. what most people bring on their vacation (those big thermos) I drink just during my workout during track. I also bring a slightly smaller one for during the school day.

I was reading that you should take your body weight in pounds and divide it by 2. The resulting number is the amount of water you should drink in ounces every day. That is all. Oh, I drink probably 90-100 oz

That seems just about right for me on a warm day if I'm not mostly sedentary.

huh? water is water. water is not juice, water is not artificially flavored and water is not artificially colored. My bottle says.... "AQUAFINA: PURE WATER - PERFECT TASTE PURIFIED DRINKING WATER 1 LITER" So what again are you sure about? Are you trying to argue that water isnnt water? im really confused.

Some of you people drink more than a gallon? Damn how much do you people piss?

4 or 5 solid sessions during the work day. ANother couple at night. The people that drink more are likely bigger so the bladder is likely larger too.

no and no.

tap water, bottled water, spring water etc = water + vitamins + minerals

soda, soft drinks + liquor = sugar, preservatives, artificial chemicals, colors and flavorings
