I have two V8s (and two V6 Toyota Sienna)...both vans because I'm a quadriplegic and drive from a wheelchair.

2005 Ford E350 Econoline...mostly used to tow my 20ft enclosed trailer.

I also have a 2003 E150 that my brother and I have been working on over the last ten years. Was apart for four years because of a cyl head issue...then the heads were "held hostage" by a machine shop. We just finally put it back together.

Used to make 450hp/550tq with a ported Eaton supercharger (as in the burnout pic and YT videos). We're now expecting over 600hp with the Whipple (making 19lb!) and new cams. Will be dyno tuning soon!

Few more pics on in my bucket

I have some old videos on my YT

We have some suspension mods (so it'll hook), line locks, and a trans brake coming soon.

It sucks being stuck with vans. I've been in love with cars since I could speak, and since I can't drive a Corvette, or maybe a CTS-V, or S-class, I made this.

I've seen a handful of performance modded vans like this or this, but never a handicapped van lol.

Van modding was always pimping them out like this.

I have a buddy who's paraplegic, maybe I should tell him to put a TRD supercharger in his Sierra.

//edit

what is that an F350 running 12's? nuts.

Chevy Express with a Duramax diesel. Sweet van.

I wonder how that would stack up against my E550 Coupe. A guy on the MB Forums ran a 12.44 second 1/4 mile at 112mph on a fairly warm day at 2100' elevation with his E550 Coupe and my car will run 0-60mph in 4.5 seconds which is on par with the '16 Mustang GT.

I'm sure my car is a bit heavier but it is pretty conservatively rated as far as hp goes. Mercedes rates it at 402hp but that's about what it puts out at the wheels.
Drag race - my money is on the E550. On a track, I'd take the Mustang.

I also don't get why Mercedes doesn't make an E63 coupe!

I think it's because the E550 Coupe doesn't sell at very high volume as it is. And it isn't any bigger than the C63 AMG sedan which costs as much as an E550 Coupe.

The E350 Coupe sells much better than the E550 Coupe. When I was looking for mine there were only a handful 2014 E550 Coupes in the entire SoCal region but loads of E350 Coupes.

Honestly, I kind of wish I had hunted around for an E550 Sedan but those are pretty rare too and the coupe just looks so damned sexy.

Looks like stock for stock your E550 would win a drag race. Stock GTs don't get below 12.5 @ 112-113. That E550 Coupe is mighty sexy!
