I even cut a u-joint out of a yoke that I couldn't press out with the arbor press!

Amazing. I'd expect the bearings of the Dremel to heat up and melt their plastic bore!

Just a hint: you get what you pay for when it comes to drill bits.
I've become hooked on cobalt bits after I drilled 1/4 holes through heavy angle iron; the bits went through them like they were butter.

Here's a hint to drilling aluminum (or any metal). Take a small punch and lightly peck a small mark at the center of your hole to be drilled. This will keep the bit from wandering off center and marking up your surface (if that matters. If not, please ignore). :)
