Seriously man, finding shirts for under $70 is a struggle for you? The problem is you're a brand whore.

Costco, Target, Sears (Structure brand and Lands End brand, both very nice), Kohl's (but don't be lured in by their sale prices, everything in that store is always on sale.)

old navy man. or macy's when they have sales (I like their clothes cuz they have designer jeans and you can get decent deals when they have sales). Old Navy jeans suck, but their casual shirts fit nicely if you have a muscular build.

Gap Outlet. Pants for $20-$30, polos for $10-$15, Tees for under $10, and button up shirst for around $10-$15.

Athletic cuts, decent quality, and comfortable.

Where I shop:

Target (great t-shirts and casual shirts)
Banana Republic (only when things are on sale or their outlet, i love their jeans)
Urban Outfitters (some items are very expensive while others are reasonable)

LE has great dress shirts. I have about 6 shirts from them (provided by our company w/ company logo). Very well made and needs almost no ironing.

Nordstrom Rack, TJMax, etc have great 'name brand' clothing at huge discounts. I get a lot of my nicer dress shirts and pants from Nordstrom Rack but I know they have casual things there. I usually shop at the Gap for that stuff simply because their clothes fit me very well.

Marshall's, T. J. Maxx, Costco, BJ's, Bob's, Filene's, Macy's, J. C. Penny and the list goes on.

Old Navy has decent prices as well. You can get pretty good shirts for under $20 bucks at most places.

I guess this explains why some people in threads can't figure out how others can live on less than $50k a year. Oh, and my list, for the most part, is in order from least expensive to most. The biggest difference, as the price goes up, is more variety.

I have found that if you have some secondhand clothes stores (I have never had good luck with Goodwill....almost always pure crap there in my experience) you can find some awesome deals. There are a few near where I live, and while it is hit or miss, there are occassionally some really good deals on designer clothes that barely look worn.

uhh, yeah, what kind of shirts are you looking for. Macy's always has some good dress shirts for under $50, non-dress but still decent striped (preppy) for $30. If you just want t-shirts you can seriously just get random ones anywhere.

Go to a good will store. Ive picked up tons of shirts from there for usually like 2 dollars a piece or so. They usually get defect shirts donated to them, so i have gotten a few volcom shirts with no tags on them, or some Rust shirts with the bottom seam not sewn straight. You really cant tell half the time. Also you can just sew it right yourself, or get some chick to do it.
