I usually wear a suit to regular interviews, are slacks and a dress shirt enough or should I just wear a suit? I've been to another where all the employees wore jeans, so I'm not sure what is proper. Thanks!

Always wear a suit to an interview. Period. It doesn't matter what the actually dress code is at the place your going to, you need to present yourself in the best possible manner.

At the very least, wear pants. Really embarrassing to show up in your jockeys.

I've never worn a suit to an interview. Always dress slacks and a nice shirt. All my jobs have been tech jobs so it's different than going for a bank or a sales job.

I haven't had the best of luck of getting a job after college. I just feel silly wearing a suit while they ask me how I feel about making 10 bucks an hour doing data entry. Oh well, c'est la vie.

Ding. Winner.

Also, If you wear a suit, and you're dressed better than the interviewer, then that might just be the extra edge that you need to be confident when interviewing...
