I can't get the dremel to cut my aluminum case with the cutting disks? Is there something else im supposed to be using, or do they just not work?

#426 looks pretty good. #456 might be too large if you've got concerns about your dremel not spinning fast enough. #429, 409, and 540 aren't reinforced and can snap.

be sure you arent forcing it. THe power of the dremel comes from the speed, not from how hard you are pushing it.

The ceramic cutting discs are pretty fragile, but work well if you are careful. I use the fiber-reinforced cutting wheels almost daily. Matter of fact, i was just using my dremel about 10 minutes ago. Indispensable tool - especially if you're into R/C planes.
