For the people that will comment on "search first", I have, and I have yet to find something that mentions specific bits for use with plexiglass. The only one on the actual Dremel page that mentions plexi is the multi-purpose router bit, of which I'm about to go try to see how that works.

Anyone have any they recommend?

EDIT: I'll be cutting straights and curves, and be doing quite a bit of it. I would like to use 1/4", but I will use 1/8" if I have to.
Tas.

mostly because it doesn't work very well? the bit heats up and melts and binds to the plexi. scoring and snapping is more effective.

Fine tooth band/jig saw would work well, or a sabrecut bit for router/dremel will do.
