My cousin is in the NAVY, is single with no rent. So he's talking about dumping money into this:

To me it smells of a scam, but I don't know how to convey to him that it is.

Okay, lets look at some points:

1) It's based in the Phillipenes
2) The copyright on the website is 2002
3) The "Project" link is broken
4) Their office looks like a daycare center

Some more points:

5) The photos look like they're from the AP
6) Poor website design for a multi-million dollar project
7) Been under construction for 4 years and they only have basic framework

He better visit the actual site or get someone he trusts to do it. Make sure there's actual construction in progress like it says there is. But that still wouldn't make it completely safe.

Ha... One link says you get 6 weeks a year for 42 years free... another link says 43 years.

The rendered site plan looks like a third grader made it.

Pictures of the construction camp look like a WWII concentration camp.

Unrealistic returns.

No mention of maintenace payments that are ALWAYS associated with time-share ownership.

No mention of any kind of ownership. Just that you get xxx weeks per year.

No floor plans anywhere on the site... especially suspicious is the lack of floorplans on the Townhouse Development page.

And yeah... the site basically sucks. It's littered in stolen clip-art and cheesy animations. Spelling mistakes all over the place.

Total scam.
