Holy sh!t this movie is awful. We watched it last night in my residence, what a waste of time!

I wonder if they were holding Morgan Freeman's family somewhere under a gun until he played his role in the film.

You think thats a bad movie....I rented "Malibu's Most Wanted" on Saturday with my girlfriend, we watched half of it (barely), and returned it.

Really? I rented the DVD awhile back, and I thought it was pretty good.

*shrug*

Now, House of the Dead is another story...only movie I couldn't watch for more than 5 minutes.. :|:|

Guess it depends on the person, have ever watched any other Stephen King adapted movie? Seemed like any other I've seen as far as quality and enjoyment of the movie.

It was on our Residence Life Cinema channel last year. I watched up until they showed the 'monster'...that was all I could take.

Just watched 21 grams and it was worse..Seems like the person that put the film in logical order was high on both crack and meth

yup, this was an awfull movie. They need to stop making movies based off of Steven King stuff. It just doesn't translate to well.
Shawshank Redemption and Green Mile worked pretty well.

Stand by me wasn't too shabby either

My wife and I thought we had seen the movie before (up to the ending). For us, the movie seemed to be taken directly from our perception of the book (up to the ending). I thought the movie was the best adaptation to one of his books (up to the ending). I will also admit that the ending was one of the most pathetic ending changes for any book to movie ever.

Care to spoil the ending of the book? I don't even remember the ending of the movie, just that the movie was hillariously pathetic. Though overall I love King's books.

When "Duddits" turned into the other alien and fought back I almost crapped my pants at how friggin retarded it was. HORRIBLE ending, movie up to that point wasn't to bad, but the ending was sosoosososososos bad. Can't believe they put a Wahlberg in that movie 😛

SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER

In the movie, Duddits turned into an alien. STUPID AS HELL!!!!

In the book, it is a cliff hanger ending with them finally killing the last sh*t weasel with a shotgun blast as it was about to go down the drain. (I can provide more detail if you like)

Watched the movie a couple of nights ago on PPV... not completely horrible, the ending was a bit bizarre though 🙂 The alien having a british accent though, c'mon!
