Dreamcast + VGA box + My Samsung 955DF = :(

I know there are a bunch of DC freaks here...

I need some help, I cannot get my DC to display on my monitor. I'm using the right cales and all and I have the VGA box set to VGA, but it won't display on my monitor

Anyone?

hmm what type of vga box are you using?

mine, i need to move the switch around, and sometimes i need to start it about 30 seconds after i've
turned on the dreamcast. also, some games dont have vga support, so you cant play them on the monitor.
