Dreamcast PSO server down and ISP DNS entries?

I dug up my old dreamcast last night and picked up an old classic game... Phantasy Star online!

I tried setting up the online for PSO but every time I get into the online world, it states " Can't connect server. It may be due to maintenance." My first question is Sega still running their servers for PSO?

My second questions is this. I am using netzero as my ISP however I might have imputed the wrong DNS entries. Does anyone know where i can look up the primary and secondary DNS entries?

I think they just shut them down earlier this week.

(edit: uh, I guess that would make it last week)
