Dream- you stress that's why you have dreams at night while sleeping?

People have dreams while sleeping, cause of stress?
I haven't had any dream while sleeping for a long time,
but I don't agree with that I don't have any stress at all.

I disagree that stress and dreaming are related as to a cause and effect. However stress affects the content of dreams. Try initiating some dreams sometime. (basically go to bed with an outlandish scenario in mind and let the dream work from there)

Dreams are so complicated. Maybe it's all different for different people.

I know people who are absolutely convinced that certain images in dreams are forseeing certain things.....too superstitious for me...

You ALWAYS dream. The issue is whether you remember or not.

Stress could prompt the type of dream, but not whether you dream.
