Question Dream machine, gocoax, speed issue. MOCA

Hello,
I have a problem with my local internet speed. The topology is captured in the picture below:

I have a dream machine pro - gocoax (moca 2.5) WF803M - gocoax - PC (ethernet cables are cat5e)
This is what the gocoax user interface shows me.:

However, if I measure the speed via iperf3, I only get these speeds: I am testing my speed from PC (client), dream machine pro (server)

Where could be the problem? I would like to have GbE speed...
Thank you!

1. What is your PC negotiating at for speeds?
2. Have you run iperf3 on both sides of the MoCa (basically removing it from the equation)? If yes, do you get expected speeds?
3. Are there any splitters in the Coax path? If yes, check / replace / bypass those.
4. How old are the Coax cables you're using?
