This site is having a drawing at the end of this week for a AMD Athlon 1700+ processor retail box with 3 year warranty, heatsink and fan, and also a Logitech B69 corded optical mouse. Not many people know about it, so I think there is a good chance of winning.

Not a deal at all. Not a contest at all. Just a way to get the poster's ad feces seen, so he can collect his penny a click. Summary: First, he ripped off hardforums to make the name. Next, any forum you click on is just a popup that kills the parent window.
