Draught is best, but which is better, Guinness in a bottle or a can?

The can is actually superior to the bottle (as long as it is poured into a glass instead of drank from the can). My dad's engineering buddy is the former head brewmaster at Guinness in Dublin. I take it from him.

The widget in the bottle is okay - but isn't as accurate.

That's what I thought, but some people swear by Guinness in a can.

Wow... De Ja Vouz! :Q :Q :Q I swear I've read this thread and these exact replies before  :Q

Um... Anyway, a can seems to give a metalic taste to the beer that I don't like. If some people like that additional taste, that's good for them I guess.

lol - I actually don't like Guiness, either. I prefer Fat Tire and the local brew called Black Butte.

Unlike all other beers, the can is better than the bottle with Guiness. Just have to make sure that it is properly poured into a cold glass right away.

Cold glass? no way. Gotta be a dry, clean, room temperature glass.
