Drat! How do I get Control Panel back???

FIXED: Thanks for the site pulpp

I was messing around with settings in TweakUI and accidentally disabled the Control Panel. Now I cannot get into it and get this message:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact system administrator."

Anyone know what registry settings I need to bring it back up? Sheesh now I can't even get into Display Settings. Any help would be needed, and I don't want to restore my backup registry and lose my latest computer settings.

EDIT: Oh and I am using Win2k Pro.
 
Yes I am logged on as Administrator. As for running TweakUI, it is a Control Panel app, so it will give me the same message. I even went to the dir where the control panel exe is and it gives me the same message.
