the part i dont get, if she/he/person is gona kill themselves, why do they wait to make a dramtic scene before doing it? its like they wanna be saved? dunno..

That's it exactly. From my experience in the area, there is usually a part of the person's mind that is screaming for help, and often allows the destructive behavior so that somebody wil realize how bad things are for them.

If she was just trying to make a dramatic scene why did she try to run and jump, why not climb up on the railing and threaten to jump? I think she really wanted to kill her self.
