DRAM in CPU-Z showing incorrect value?

Howdy folks,

I have a question about my CPU-Z report:

http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=391925
(check the specs)

As you can see, CPU-Z is reporting that my memory frequency is 1000MHz. The memory is unlinked to the FSB in the BIOS, and the BIOS reports the memory clock speed as 2000MHz during startup.

Is this an error in reporting? If not, why would the clock speed differ from what the BIOS reports?

Thanks!
