I submitted a claim for about $200 back in 2007. I bought form crucial, mosel, and someone else I dont remember right off hand.
Anyway Ive been going to the website to check on the progress for quite sometime now, since I kept a copy the claim letter. The first expected distribution date was supposed to occurr back in summer 2008, now its set for the first quarter of 2009 (they only have 3 more days to start issuing checks).
I have a funny feeling they arent going to distribute anything anytime soon, and will simply collect more interest on the $325 million dollars. 🙁
Do they think we are going to forget about this or something, kind of like a rebate they think they can wiggle out of?
