Got a court document that says I am now part of a class-action suit against several memory makers/distributors due to price fixing back in the late '90's into 2002.

Crucial and Micron are two of the big players in this.

Anyone else get this recently? And if so, what's your take on it?

Yes, I did. I'm just like, "k. Let me know when I can have my 2 cents." I spent more than $3000 on RAM in that period.

Thanks felixdeKat. I did do a search on DRAM Antitrust Litigation, and nothing came up.

EyeMWing, I spent a ton with Crucial back then. That was when I could build a system for HALF of what commercially purchased system would cost, and run circles around it.

Folks, I'll go over to the other thread and watch there. Don't post here any more.

Mods, could I get a lock? Amen?

That was in the height of independent systembuilding. I think we all engaged in some degree of rape and pillage back then, young and old alike.
