Dragon lite won't run 133 fsb

For some reason I can't run my system at 133 fsb.. everything works fine at 100 mhz fsb.. but my 1800+ is runnin at 1150 mhz. When i set the fsb to 133 in the bios, fans still run and everything, just no video or any beeps. I had the exact same system runnin at 133 fsb before, just swapped out boards. Anybody have this same problem? Any input would be appreciated.
 
Only thing I changed in bios is fsb from 100 to 133 and enabled usb keyboard. The board is kt333 Dragon Lite. Tried disconnecting everything except video card and ram too. Really sucks cuz this board was an RMA replacement for my ECS k7vta3 board.
