Dragon+ and very bad hd preformance.....HELP!

I have the Dragon+ using the lastest drivers for everything under Windows XP Pro. I had the same problem before trying the via drivers as well. Sisoft Sandra puts my hd performance at 10088. A UDMA66 driver does better then that! oh yeah! I have a WD 60gig 7200rpm drive.

Maybe someone can suggest a differnet program to use? It cant be HDtech since the demo doesnt work on XP or is there a new version that does?

Which port do you have the hard drive connected to?

Does it seem to be slow to you or do you think that Sisoft Sandra is giving you a false reading?

I would run it and tell you what I am getting on mine except I am running Raid so I don't think it would help.

Well......XP takes longer to load on my ATA100 7200 rpm drive running on a Athlon XP 1800+ @ 1.7Ghz over my Duron 900Mhz on a ATA66 drive...

Running Sisoft Sandra 2002 on my 1700+ w/Dragon + and WD 30GB 7200 RPM I get 19755.
