No toolset and download only...I'm not impressed.

I've already bought it for the PC however (wooo bootcamp) so I guess it doesn't matter much anyway.

I am with you. It is great to see games coming out for OS X in a reasonably close time frame to the Windows release, however, most users are better off buying a copy of Windows and running bootcamp for games. You will get the games sooner and they will perform better. They will also probably be cheaper.

Or you can do what I did, I have a Windows box that I use just for gaming.
