Drag & Drop defaults

Anyone know how to change the drag & drop default action under winxp (& other windows)

for example, (left-click) drag & drops mp3's and copies the file to the specified folder. I would rather the action be MOVE at default.

been scrounching the web for an answer, but came up empty
 
Or drag with the right mouse button. It will give you a pop-up menu of choices such as copy, move, make shortcut when you release the mouse button.
 
yep, i know the shift thing and the right click thing. how about changing the default action for drag&drog? there has to be a setting or reg entry that could be edited
