Question drag and drop transfer software for files between SP and PC?

any software I can install on my smartphone and pc that I can(mostly) just open and drag and drop from my pc and it will show up on my smartphone?

dont care for cloud software. dont bring it up. its not relevant

You just need to connect your phone with an USB cable, it will notice the connection and ask you if you want to just charge or connect as a media device.
Per software only the easiest thing you can do is use gmail.
If your PC has Bluetooth you can also use that for file transfer.
