Drag and Drop CD burning in Win 2000? (like it is in WinXP)

Is there any way to enable drag and drop cd burning (like how it works in WinXP) in Win2000? Is there a shareware program that would add this functionality, without having to run a larger/more complicated cd-burning program. I have an external USB cd burner that I would like to be able to loan out the a bunch of people using Win2000 laptops. My preference is to not have to take a long time to install large programs on all the laptops that are going to be using it. WinXP makes it easy to burn data files right from explorer... hopefully there is something half-way as nice for Win2000?

Possible? How?
