drag and drop avi to h.264 converter?

I have a ton of old Canon avi files that are enormous. I'd like to get them converted to H.264. I know Divx has a nice drag and drop converter that is one-step. Anyone know of the same thing for H.264?

AVS Video Converter is pretty much drag and drop. You just click on the button for BluRay (pretty sure that's the h264 one), drop your file in, and convert.

There is no real batch functionality... that "add to queue" feature is worthless.
