Unpossible. I'm too old, married and I have a child. If they take me the only ATOTers left when I go would be Tomato, Lola and Moshquerade (Sorry to all the other women of ATOT for leaving you out). 😀

I would never support this war and its false justifications. WWII? I would have done whatever asked of me. I just will not die for liars.

If there was a draft the battlefield would be funniest damn place on Earth. All the college kids and young adults that play counterstrike and quake and sh!t would be bunny hopping all over the name place and yelling. WALL HACK whenever they or a buddy got shot.

i would never be drafted.

if there was a draft, i would volunteer first, try to go SF. i'd rather be with a group of highly motivated soldiers than a bunch of draftees.

If there ever was a draft again (which there won't be, because technology has replaced the need for alot of manpower), I wouldn't wait around to be drafted. I'd sign up.

Been there, done that, got the DD214 to prove it.

That being said, I'm a lot more cynical now than I was when Bushdaddy told me to go to Iraq. With all (sincere, not sarcastic in any way) respect for those who are serving now, we haven't yet substantiated any of the official line of why we're there. No WMDs. No terrorists. Yes oil. Yes, Saddam was a bastard and killed a lot of folks. Most of subsaharan Africa still is- and they have killed millions, not penny-ante stuff like Saddam.

No, I would not want to go. I was once willing to put my life on the line for this country. Not anymore.
