Drafted and confused

I have been drafted to put on the Christmas party for my son's Cub Scout Pack. We have a room at the local rec center for a couple of hours and a sweet deal for the boys and their families to participate in the activities that the site has to offer.

The question is this: what kinds of things would be really cool (and pretty cheap) to do during the organized 2 hour party time?

Thanks in advance for your ideas!

Do a $10 gift exchange.. Like.. draw names in hats for who buys who a gift. We did that when I was a cub scout and it was awesome.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea, who doesn't like milk and nookie... er, milk and cookies?😛
