What happens if a team goes past thier allotted time? Do they lose the pick? Or do they just force them to decide at the moment the time is up?
 
wow, i didn't think ronnie brown would go second.. i really thought the 9ers were gonna take rogers, and leave smith for the dolphins.. cleveland, i knew, was gonna take edwards, although in my opinion i think the 9ers shoulda took edwards.. there's enough depth in this draft to get a good second round QB, but i guess the same can be said for WR's too.. i dunno who chicago's taking, but rogers isn't getting any further than tampa
