Dr. Watson and Win2KPro. Whats going on?

ALright, when I open the Task Manager recently, I noticed drwtsn32.exe running 3 times. Thats right, 3 separate drwtsn.exe items under Processes. Each one was using from 17,000Kb to 19,000Kb of memory. That kinda made me wonder a sec. I shut all 3 down. The heck with them. ANyone have same problem or know what is going on here? Thanks.

i had drwatsn appear in my process manager only when a program had crashed. Usually i just kill it and everything runs fine and faster.
