Dr watson allways crashes when I restart/turn of pc

Topic says it all.

Any ideas as to why?

Its werid, pc is very stable otherwise. Runs for days, but If I reboot, or just click shut down. I have to get the stupid warning about Dr. Watson crashing
 
drwatson.exe is a leftover from Win98/WinME...

My guess is you have some older application installed that doesn't play nicely with XP, which is running DrWatson to do it's error reporting and then flaking out cause it's running on XP and some parameter the application is passing to it isn't right.
