Dr. Scholl's Custom Fit arch supports? (PIC)

at my local walmart they have this dr scholls machine. you stand on it, and it measures your feet for the proper support.

according to the machine, i have low arches and it recommended CF220.
it costs $50

Anyone try these CF models. how are they diff than dr scholl's regular 'arch support' models?

I have. I have large feet. 13.5 eeee. They are not comfortable for me. I tried a couple of different sizes still no good. They did refund the money for one pair.

I love the old dr. scholls flex-o-foam arch supports. The flesh colored ones they discontinued about 10 years ago. A lot of people on the web are still looking for replacements. I bought 10 pair back then and have one left.

I don't remember which ones I had, but they worked really well for me (had them a few years and finally threw them away with some old shoes a month ago). They feel really weird at first because it really does support your arch but then after a day or two they feel natural and wearing shoes without them feel weird. I noticed I could walk all day without getting the normal pain in my legs/lower back even compared with the regular gel'n inserts.

May be worth checking out some discount/clearance stores. Like biglots or the dollar stores.
