IMO he's actually worse than Jerry Springer, in that he is at least supposedly there to help. As far as I'm concerned he's a big fat, sanctimonious load, and it honestly pisses me off that he's rich and famous. In general I think Oprah Winfrey is a very decent person, but I resent her inflicting this douchebag on the world.
