Second, the Due Process which makes it take millions and decades, should be reevaluated. Especially if we reserve the DP for special, more certain "caught in the act / mass murdering" cases.

Not gonna happen, as we already have a well documented history of killing innocent people, and holding innocents on DR for decades before being released due to new evidence.

Kill one innocent person, there is no longer any moral justification for the practice. Yet, we keep doing it despite that.
