Dr. Marten's Wonder Balsam still good after 2.5 years?

I've had a little canister of Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam shoe wax in my car for 2.5 years. I'm not sure if the Texas heat is enough to cause the stuff to break down and the container doesn't specify a storage temperature. I've left Meguire's paste wax in my car and had it turn white and liquid. Anyone know if I can use this stuff on my shoes?

I've had some for 6 years now and it still looks ok. It's only 1/5th empty
