BargainOutfitters has a deal on Black Dr. Martens Moc-Toe Oxfords for $29.97. Shipping is only $5.99.

This is a can't-miss, don't-miss-it bargain! Huge Close-Out savings on "Docs" that are the just-right blend of comfort, durability and looks. The full-grain leather uppers are flexible, with a sophisticated, subtle shine. Moc-toe styling separates them from the everyday pack. The famed Dr. Martens AirWair air-cushioned outsole puts bounce in your step. Nylon-lined insole can be removed to air out. Synthetic leather lining adds durable comfort. Each is approx. 4 1/2" tall and 21 ozs.

I've never had Dr. Martens before, but I'm a 9 in my Rockports and 9.5 in athletic shoes. Anyone know if I should go with a 10 or 9 for these? Thanks

Doc Martens are usually smaller than other brands? I just don't really want to deal with exchanges or returns.

Hey guys, i'm new to the business world. Are these shoes useable as dress shoes? They look kinda like boots to me. I need a good pair of dress shoes cause I'm just graduating college and interviews are coming up.

Good deal
Too bad it's online only... I'm not brave enough to buy shoes without trying them first

yeah i agree with bigpow.. thats why you buy from zappos. they let you ship them back and they will simply give you another size free shipping also.

the funny thing about these shoes is that they are 49.99 if you dont use the link from the OP

I love shoes deals like this. I can buy inexpensive shoes for the growing boys in the house. There are some really great sneaker deals here.

Hey Connoisseur, you don't want these shoes for interviews. If you really want to make sure you have the right shoes for business and for interviews, you want leather bottoms (preferably with stiching, not glued-on soles). If you go to the Men's Footwear section, I saw some nice pairs for $40ish bucks. You should check them out. My Johnston&Murphy shoes cost me $150. Although they are very nice shoes (your feet don't get tired, even after a full day's work), I think it is a bit expensive.

Great shoe and deal...I bought them from zappos.com for $40 shipped awhile back. For those concerned about returns, buy from zappos. Free returns for 1 year if they don't fit. (must be in NEW condition though)

have these shoes, they are quite comfortable, as i expect all docs to be. the only problem i experienced, and was also experienced by other wearers in a previous zappos post about these is the leather on the toes seems to bend in deeper than most shoes, made them uncomfortable till i got them broken in nicely, now i don't notice anything like that.
btw, i've used these as both casual and dress shoes, never had any problems with them w/ jeans or a suit, look good either way!

So I'm confused. Are the sizes listed on the website the US or UK size? I ordered a 9, because that's what I wear normally, but now you guys have me thinking I ordered the wrong size.
